We loved turning this rooftop into a serene terrace space. The design features a wooden pergola, lush greenery including bonsai trees, and multiple seating areas to create a private escape in the middle of the city.

This rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the city. We designed it with a wooden pergola, rustic bench seating, and an abundance of plants to create a green, vibrant oasis high above the urban landscape.

Designing for the Elements
We lean on materials that age well, such as composite wooden decking and treated wood for our pergolas. This creates a warm, grounded base that contrasts beautifully with city concrete. We often incorporate vertical gardens to add life and colour, which also provides a natural buffer for privacy.
Lighting for Atmosphere
Lighting is the most overlooked element in terrace design. We avoid harsh overhead floods and instead use layered, warm sources. You will often see us installing integrated profile LEDs under steps or seating risers, combined with hanging Edison bulbs. This soft, ambient glow turns a space that feels empty during the day into a cozy lounge once the sun goes down.

By strategically placing seating and custom elements, such as a feature Buddha statue or a stone-clad wall, we draw the eye where it should be.
