• Weather-Resistant Materials: We use marine-grade wood, composite decking, and powder-coated metalwork that can withstand Mumbai's humidity.
• Vertical Utility: By using the walls for planters and lighting, we leave the floor open, making small balconies feel significantly larger.
• Strategic Privacy: In high-density areas, we incorporate discreet netting and layered greenery to offer privacy without blocking the light or the view.
