Because we prepare these in small batches without using preservatives, our hummus requires refrigeration and stays fresh for 3-5 days. We don't believe in mass-manufacturing, so you receive a product that was likely filled in our kitchen within the last 24 hours. Keep it cold, serve it fresh, and you get the exact texture you expect from a high-end deli, right at home.
Why Our Hummus Is Different
