A glimpse into our world at The Earth School. These moments capture the warmth, discovery, and community that define our parent workshops.

Here is the heart of our community, a circle of parents learning and creating together. Our workshops are not lectures, but shared experiences where we connect through hands on activities, supporting each other on the parenting journey.

A father deeply focused on the iconic Montessori Pink Tower. In our Silent Journey workshops, parents work with the materials themselves to gain a profound, first hand understanding of their child's world of learning.

A glimpse into our Nurturing Nest workshop for parents of children from birth to three years. We gather in a supportive circle to discuss early development, gentle parenting techniques, and creating a nurturing home environment.

The joy of shared discovery and connection between parents in our workshop space. These moments of conversation and laughter are just as important as the hands on work, building a true community of support.

A parent experiences the simple, profound activity of writing in a sand tray. This tactile work helps you connect with the way your child learns through their senses, building empathy and insight into their development.

A quiet moment of connection between a mother and children, a reminder of what lies at the core of our work. We aim to support these spontaneous acts of affection and help you nurture your child's innate capacity for love and community.

This is our love letter to the children, and to the parents who guide them. A short tour of our prepared environment, where every material is chosen with intention to spark curiosity and invite discovery.

About this collection

Our workshops in Cooke Town function less like a class and more like a circle. When you join, you will experience the environment firsthand, working with materials on the floor just as your children do. It is a shoes-off, practical space where AMI-certified guides focus on your real questions rather than rigid scripts.

A Different Way to Learn

Parenting is often treated as a series of problems to solve, but we see it as a wild, ongoing adventure. Our workshops are designed to help you find those 'aha' moments at home, not just in the classroom.

The Nurturing Nest (0-3 years)

If you are a new or expectant parent, this series is a gentle space for you. We gather to discuss the realities of the first three years, from setting up a home environment that supports movement to understanding your baby's cues. It is about fostering a community where you can find support and honest talk with other families who get it.

Silent Journey & Discovery (3-6 years)

Ever wonder what your little one does all morning? In this workshop, you use the actual Montessori materials yourself. You sit in silence, observe the classroom, and work with apparatus like the Pink Tower or Puzzle Maps. This hands-on experience gives you profound insight into your child's innate drive to learn and helps you build empathy for their daily challenges.
