Victory is earned in the training hall. We focus on high-intensity drills to build speed, precision, and the mental toughness required for competition.

This is the sound of determination. Our training is built on relentless drills for agility, speed, and stamina. We push every fencer to go faster and work harder because that's what it takes to win.

A montage of our training sessions, showing various agility and conditioning drills. We use ladders, hurdles, and cones to improve footwork and coordination, essential skills for any fencer.

"Ready, go!" Our young fencers practice quick feet and agility on the ladder. These fundamental drills are a core part of every training session, building speed and precision from the ground up.

A live sparring session on the fencing piste. This is where fencers test their skills, strategy, and mental toughness in a competitive bouting environment.

Students practicing the lunge, one of the most critical movements in fencing. Our coaches focus on perfecting form to ensure power, speed, and accuracy in every attack.

A coach provides one on one guidance to a young fencer during a drill. This personalized instruction helps correct form and build confidence with the foil.

An older student mentors a younger one, helping her with the proper grip and stance. This peer-to-peer learning is a vital part of our club's supportive community.

About The Grind: How We Train

You will hear "fast fast" constantly here, because that is how we build the explosive speed needed for a real bout. We train on rubber mats, which means you have to work twice as hard for your balance and grip. It is raw, it is repetitive, and it is exactly how you get competition-ready before you ever put on the mask.

Fencing is chess at high speed. It demands split-second decisions and physical endurance, which is why we don't skip the basics.

Building the Foundation

Before you ever touch a blade, you master the lunge. Our Foundation Program for U-10 and U-12 athletes relies on agility ladders, hurdle jumps, and target pad practice to build the muscle memory required for the sport. We keep our student-to-coach ratio tight, between 12:1 and 15:1, ensuring every fencer gets the eyes-on corrections they need for their form.

The Competitive Edge

For our advanced fencers, the intensity shifts. We integrate electric scoring systems into daily training so you experience the pressure of a real match. Whether you are specializing in foil, epee, or sabre, we focus on compound attack strategies and bout analysis. We don't train in AC halls for a reason—you need the stamina to last through a tournament, and you cannot build that in a climate-controlled room.

Our Training Environment

We run sessions Tuesday to Sunday at our centers in Abhinav Global School and Sector 10, Dwarka. Whether you are prepping for Delhi State level, National School Games, or aiming for Khelo India assessment standards, the work happens here on the mats. Beginners get full use of our club gear, while our competitive athletes train with their own electric kits to simulate competition conditions.
