Real Vitiligo Treatment Results: Before & After Transformations
Dosto, seeing the change in my patients’ skin over the years is what keeps me going. These photos show real progress achieved through consistent, scientific treatment—no magic, just medicine.
This collection shows the progress my patients have made. From the chest and neck to the arms and legs, a systematic treatment plan can lead to significant repigmentation and restore confidence.
Here are some of the more than 5000 patients I have successfully treated over 21 years. You can see significant repigmentation on the face, back, arms, and legs, achieved through my combination of medicine and therapies.
This image shows the kind of results we can achieve. With a consistent and correct treatment plan, it is possible to bring back your natural skin colour and manage Vitiligo effectively.
About Real Results: Before & After Transformations
The journey to repigmentation isn't overnight, but consistency is key. Whether we are treating patches on the face, hands, or chest, the process usually starts with medical management to freeze the spread, followed by light therapies like NBUVB or excimer laser to wake up your pigment cells. I document every step so we can track the 10-20% monthly recovery safely, without any harsh chemical shortcuts.
My Approach to Vitiligo Recovery
Many patients come to my clinic in Krishna Nagar after trying every home remedy they found on the internet or, worse, after having harmful procedures done by unqualified people. Please, stop looking for 'skin color' tattoos or inks to hide your patches. These methods often lead to permanent damage—turning patches green or black—and can block effective treatments later.
The Sahi Raasta (The Right Path)
My treatment is built on a straightforward, three-phase process that has helped over 5000 patients in the last 21 years:
- Stabilisation: We use allopathic medicines to stop new white patches from forming. This is the base of the treatment.
- Repigmentation: We use NBUVB chambers or excimer laser therapies to stimulate melanin production. For patients who live far, I often guide them on using a portable UVB device at home.
- Surgical Options: For stubborn, stable patches on lips or fingertips, I perform minor grafting procedures to bring back natural skin tone.
Why Medical Management Matters
Vitiligo (leucoderma) is not just a cosmetic issue; it is a medical condition that needs a doctor's diagnosis. Whether you are dealing with a small spot or widespread patches, the key is to avoid 'mix masala' creams and parlour-based 'treatments.'
If you are worried about your skin, you don't need expensive procedures to start. We can begin with a proper consultation to differentiate between active and stable vitiligo. My goal is to provide a realistic, affordable plan that you can actually follow.
