Expert Vitiligo & Leucoderma Treatment
Vitiligo is not a disease, it is just a change in your skin's pigment. Stop worrying and start the right treatment today to reclaim your confidence.
This image shows the kind of results we can achieve. With a consistent and correct treatment plan, it is possible to bring back your natural skin colour and manage Vitiligo effectively.
Dosto, many people ask if Vitiligo treatment is costly or difficult. The answer is no. My approach is simple: stop the spread from day one and then work on bringing the colour back, which you can see in the results shown here.
This is a short video of a young patient undergoing excimer laser therapy at my clinic. The procedure is safe, non-invasive, and a key part of my treatment for bringing colour back to the white patches, even for children.
Ek zaroori salah: please do not get tattoos or any kind of 'skin colouring' done on your white patches. These methods often turn black or green, look unnatural, and can block proper medical treatments like UVB therapy from working later.
For stable white patches that don't respond to other treatments, I perform a minor surgical procedure called punch grafting. I take tiny pieces of your normal skin and place them on the white areas to help repigment stubborn spots like lips or fingertips.
Here are some of the more than 5000 patients I have successfully treated over 21 years. You can see significant repigmentation on the face, back, arms, and legs, achieved through my combination of medicine and therapies.
This is my clinic, equipped with advanced and safe laser machines for various skin treatments. Having the right technology, like UVB therapy and excimer lasers, is crucial for providing effective and affordable Vitiligo care.
It's very important to know that not all white patches on a child's skin are Vitiligo. I explain the different causes, from simple allergies to actual Vitiligo, and why getting a quick, expert diagnosis is the most important first step.
About Featured
Many patients ask me if Vitiligo can be cured. The answer is yes, but you must stop the spread from day one. I focus on stabilizing your condition first using allopathic medicine, then using targeted therapies like Excimer laser or NBUVB to bring your natural colour back. Please, avoid random creams, salon treatments, or tattoos that cause permanent damage and block real medical solutions.
My Approach to Vitiligo
I have treated over 5000 patients in my 21 years of practice at my Krishna Nagar clinic. My philosophy is simple: keep it straightforward, affordable, and effective. Vitiligo (often called leucoderma) is not a dangerous internal disease, but it creates stress. My goal is to reduce that stress by giving you a clear treatment plan.
The Three-Phase Treatment Plan
- Stop the Spread: This is the most crucial phase. I use allopathic immunomodulators to halt the depigmentation process immediately. If you follow the plan, we stop the patches from growing right from the start.
- Repigmentation: Once stable, we use light therapies to wake up your pigment cells. We utilize NBUVB chambers for larger areas and Excimer laser for focused, stubborn spots on the face or hands. If you live far from Delhi, I can guide you on using a portable UVB machine at home.
- Surgical Grafting: For stable white patches that do not respond to light therapy—like on the lips or fingertips—I perform minor punch grafting. This involves taking tiny pieces of normal skin and placing them on the white area, followed by radiation to help the color return.
Why You Must Avoid Shortcuts
I see many patients come to me after trying tattoos or 'skin color' inks to hide their patches. Do not do this. These pigments often turn black, green, or purple after a few months, and they create permanent scarring that makes future laser or light therapy impossible. Trust a board-certified dermatologist, not social media trends or unqualified advice. Whether you visit me in person or send photos for online guidance, I am here to help you get the right treatment.
