Proper technique starts from day one. I provide personalized instruction, like adjusting a student's grip on this Indian round bow, to ensure a safe and effective learning experience during our beginner archery lessons.

I work closely with each student to perfect their form. Here, I'm guiding an archer on her posture and aiming technique with a recurve bow, a crucial step in building muscle memory for consistent shots.

A great coach makes all the difference. During a competition, I take the time to give last-minute advice and encouragement to one of our young archers, ensuring she feels supported and ready.

A student takes aim during one of our summer sessions. You can see her focus as she practices with a compound bow, applying the core principles of stance and release that we teach all our beginners.

This video captures a young student practicing with a wooden bow, demonstrating the full process from nocking the arrow to releasing the shot. It shows the determination and focus that archery instills from a young age.

Even our youngest archers learn discipline and focus. Here, a young boy gets ready on the shooting line at a state competition, showing the confidence that comes from our structured training programs.

Young archers line up at the SFA Archery Championship in Mumbai. Our introductory sessions are perfect for kids aged 10 and up to discover a new sport and build valuable life skills.

Hands-on coaching is key for beginners. I'm observing and correcting a young student's form as he practices with a traditional bow, ensuring he develops good habits right from the start.

Here I am assisting a student with her recurve bow setup during a practice session. We make sure every archer, new or experienced, understands their equipment and how to use it safely.

Training can happen in various settings. In this image, I'm supervising a student's practice, focusing on consistency and form even outside the formal range.
