About Learn the Craft: Our Academy
Our training approach is hands-on because you cannot learn mixology from a textbook. Whether you are joining our single-day workshop to master three signature cocktails or enrolling in our 90-day advanced diploma, you will spend your time behind a real bar setup, using professional tools, and testing your creations in real-time at our Bandra West academy.
Our Training Modules
We structure our academy programs to match your goals, whether you want to host better house parties or build a career behind a bar.
**1-Day Cocktail Masterclass (Hobbyists) **Designed for those who want to get behind the bar without the long-term commitment. In this 3-4 hour session, you will learn to shake, stir, muddle, and layer. We keep batches small (6-10 participants) so you get individual attention while crafting and tasting 3-4 distinct cocktails.
**45-Day Basic Bartending Certification (Foundational) **This course covers the essentials for entry-level professionals. We move past basic recipes to teach you station setup, free-pouring mechanics, and the history of spirits. You will learn 50 recipes (classic and modern), with government-recognized certification upon completion.
**90-Day Advanced Mixology & Flair Diploma (Professional) **Our most comprehensive course. In addition to the basic modules, we dive into molecular mixology (spherification, foams, and dehydration) and high-volume service drills. We also cover exhibition flair training—the art of bottle manipulation—and specialized modules like wine service and coffee basics. This is the path for those aiming for high-end hotel or bar roles.
