My Process & Setups

Before your party begins, there is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes. Whether I am building a 6x6 ft frame or inflating hundreds of balloons for an arch, I ensure every structure is solid and safe before styling starts. It usually takes me about 60 to 90 minutes to get everything set up perfectly at your home or venue.

Building the Foundation

Every setup starts with a sturdy frame. Whether it is a 6x6 ft circular ring or a larger 8x8 ft pipe-and-drape stand for Haldi events, the structure is the most important part. I use rental metal rings that are heavy-duty and stable. If you see me hammering or adjusting cords, it is because I need to ensure the backdrop stays upright for your entire celebration.

Balloon Artistry

Once the frame is up, the styling begins. I use a mix of metallic, chrome, and pastel balloons to match your theme. For an organic arch, it is not just about inflating balloons. It is about finding the right size balance so it looks full and professional. I typically use 200 to 600 balloons depending on the complexity of the design. I finish every arch with a balloon shine spray to give it that glossy, viral-ready look that stays fresh throughout your event.

At Your Venue

My setups are designed to be mobile. I have done these in tight living rooms in Noida, large banquet halls in Delhi, and even car boots. I bring everything with me—the marquee lights, neon signs, and the props. Once the event ends, my team and I come back to collect the rental items like the rings and lights. You keep the balloons, so the cleanup is easy on your end. Whether you need a character theme for a birthday or an elegant anniversary setup, I build it to fit the space you have available.
