Our Soy Candle Manufacturing Process & Quality Standards
I do not just sell candles; I manufacture them. From sourcing AA+ grade soy wax to using a precise single-pour technique, here is exactly how I ensure every candle burns clean and smells right.
This video shows my single pour technique in action. This method is key to achieving a flawless, smooth top on all my jar candles, eliminating cracks or sinkholes for a professional finish.
Watch how cleanly my botanical candles burn. This video shows the stable flame and the way the wax melts around the infused rose petals, releasing a beautiful fragrance.
This is what I mean by a great "hot throw". The flame gently heats the whole spices, filling the room with a rich orange and cinnamon scent. It's a perfect example of a candle that works as good as it looks.
About My Manufacturing Process & Quality
You might notice an occasional small bubble or surface variation on my candles, but that is actually a sign of the real soy wax I use, not a defect. I focus my manufacturing energy on the single-pour method, which creates a smooth, even surface and ensures the fragrance oil binds perfectly with the wax so you get a strong 'hot throw' that actually fills your room.
Why I Choose the Single Pour Method
When I say I use a 'single pour' method, it is about more than just aesthetics. Many mass-produced candles are poured in layers, which can lead to air pockets or uneven fragrance distribution. By managing the wax temperature and pouring exactly once, I ensure the structural integrity of the candle and a uniform fragrance throw throughout the entire burn time.
My Ingredient Standards
- AA+ Grade Soy Wax: I stick to this specific grade because it is the cleanest-burning option available. It does not emit the black soot you often get with paraffin alternatives.
- Fragrance Performance: The 'hot throw' (how the scent performs while burning) is my top priority. I test every fragrance batch to ensure it fills your space rather than just smelling strong in the jar.
- Wick Calibration: I use specific cotton wicks matched to the container size. If the wick is too thick, the candle smokes; if too thin, it tunnels (burns only in the center). I spend time calibrating these to get the perfect, slow-melting pool.
Real Handcrafted Quality
Because these are truly handmade in small batches in my Pitampura workshop, you might occasionally see minor air bubbles or slight color variations. These are not defects, but the signatures of a genuinely handcrafted product. I prefer this over the sterile, identical nature of factory-made candles because it guarantees the quality and purity of what you are burning in your home.
