Delhi NCR Pre-Wedding: Photo & Cinematic Film
Deliverables
- Photos: Unlimited clicks with 30-40 artistically retouched high-resolution images (skin smoothing, color grading) and 150-200 color-corrected raw images.
- Films: A 3-4 minute cinematic highlight film featuring slow-motion shots and licensed music, plus a 1-minute vertical social media teaser.
- Timeline: Raw data in 3-5 days; final edits in 3-4 weeks.
Shoot Details
- Duration: 6 to 8 hours of coverage (typically sunrise to afternoon or afternoon to sunset).
- Crew: 1 Traditional/Candid Photographer, 1 Cinematographer, and 1 Assistant.
- Look & Feel: Coverage of 2-3 locations with time for 2-3 outfit changes (e.g., ethnic, western, casual).
Terms
- Locations: Entry tickets or studio rental fees for paid locations are paid by the client.
- Travel: Includes travel within Delhi NCR limits.
Domestic Destination Shoot with Drone (Outstation)
Creative Scope
- Extended Coverage: Full-day shooting to capture different lighting conditions, including Sunrise and Sunset.
- Drone Videography: 4K aerial footage to capture landscapes (mountains, rivers, or architecture), subject to local regulations.
- Deliverables: 50-60 Advanced Edited Photos (tourist removal, sky replacement), a 4-5 minute Cinematic Film, and an Instagram Teaser.
Logistics & Planning
- Crew: 1 Senior Photographer, 1 Senior Cinematographer (with drone skills), and 1 Light Assistant.
- Styling: Allowance for 3-4 outfit changes to match changing backdrops.
- Concept: Assistance with themes (e.g., Heritage or Nature) and prop coordination.
Exclusions
- Crew Travel & Stay: Client must provide travel tickets and 3-star equivalent accommodation for the crew of 3.
- Permits: Location charges or monument photography tickets are borne by the client.
International Destination Shoot (Dubai/Thailand)
Premium Production
- Signature Style: High-fashion, magazine-style editorial portraits and wide-angle cinematic video focusing on glamour.
- Locations: Coverage across iconic spots (e.g., Sand Dunes, Marinas, Skylines, or Islands).
- Deliverables: 70+ Signature Edited Photos with high-end retouching, a 5+ minute Movie Style Film with voiceovers, and 2-3 Social Media Reels.
On-Ground Management
- Itinerary: Strict timeline management to maximize Golden Hour lighting in foreign locations.
- Styling Guidance: Expert advice on outfit colors to pop against specific landscapes (desert vs ocean).
- Availability: Pricing is typically valid during the photographer's scheduled tour dates (e.g., Sept-Oct slots).
Terms
- Photographer Travel: Usually included if booked during specific tour dates. Bespoke dates require extra crew travel costs.
- Rentals: Yacht rentals, luxury cars, or private beach access fees are paid directly by the client.
