When we build a whimsical setup, our focus is on layering texture. We typically need 3 hours on-site for a setup like this, so we always ask for early access to the venue to ensure everything is perfect before your first guest arrives.

What goes into your package:
- Backdrop Structure: We provide rented MDF arches or multi-panel displays. These are solid and sturdy, creating a proper focal point for the cake.
- Balloons: We use 150-250 premium latex balloons per setup. We custom-mix the colors on-site to match your theme, ensuring the gradient looks seamless.
- Florals & Props: We include fresh local roses and foliage, often using oasis foam to keep them looking fresh throughout your party. We also bring plinths for the cake and display items.
Planning for your Venue in Bengaluru: Whether you are hosting at home in Sarjapur or a rented banquet hall, the space matters. If you have a small room, we scale down the arch so it doesn't overpower the space. If you have a large venue, we can expand the balloon garland to make it feel full.
Logistics & Setup: We handle the entire setup and the teardown. Because we use rented items like neon signs, backdrop structures, and plinths, our team will return after the party to collect everything. You don't have to worry about disposing of large cardboard structures or returning rental equipment. We just need you to confirm that the venue allows for us to set up 3 hours in advance.
