For outdoor fountain walls, we use heavy-duty, waterproof clay blends and wire mesh reinforcement to ensure the texture holds up against moisture and weather. The lighting is weather-proofed and integrated deep into the structure during the sculpting phase, so you get the visual depth of natural rock with the ambient benefit of soft, warm light.
For interior walls, it is all about the interplay of shadow and light. We carefully calculate the depth of the relief—anywhere from 0.5 inches to 4 inches—so that when the LED strips (hidden inside the structure) are switched on, the light hits the sculpture to create dramatic shadows.
