About Sangeet & After-Parties
When you book me for your sangeet or after-party, know that I come with my console, but you will need to arrange the PA system and lighting through a sound vendor. It is a detail many people miss until the last minute, so consider it your first pro tip from me.
I do not just show up and hit play. My goal for your sangeet or after-party is simple: keep the dance floor moving from the first track until the venue kicks us out. I spend my time reading the room to see what gets your guests hyped, whether it is high-tempo Bollywood, Punjabi bangers, or moving into commercial pop and deep house.
I bring my own Pioneer DJ console, but I need you to ensure the sound vendor provides industry-standard connection points (XLR/Booth output). This is crucial for the sound quality you expect.
My sets are interactive. I am on the mic to keep the energy up and make sure the crowd feels connected to the music. If you want a specific vibe—like a 90s nostalgia throwback or a modern club mix—we can chat about it beforehand to finalize a Must Play list. I am based in Mumbai but I travel for destination weddings, so if you are planning a party in Goa, Thailand, or anywhere else, I am ready to get on a flight.
