When you book me, you are getting more than just a playlist. I use a professional Pioneer XDJ setup and a wireless mic to keep the crowd engaged, whether it is through interactive mashups or getting the shy guests on the dance floor. I will coordinate with your venue’s sound team beforehand, so we do not waste time on technicals when the party should be starting.
My approach to DJing is built around one simple rule: read the room and keep the energy climbing. Whether you are hosting a high-stakes corporate gala in Bangalore or a multi-day wedding celebration, my goal is to turn standard guest interactions into something legendary.
I bring my own gear, including a MacBook Pro loaded with Rekordbox and a Pioneer XDJ console, which means I have total control over my mixes. If you want that concert-like feeling, we can add a live percussionist to the mix. There is something special about the 'jugalbandi' between live bongos and digital beats that really gets a crowd moving.
I play across genres, from Bollywood bangers and Punjabi hits to Afro-beats and retro classics. Because I am also an emcee, I am constantly on the mic—hyping up the crowd, making announcements, or just getting people to sing along. If you are worried about the 'uncle-aunty' crowd versus your younger friends, do not be. I specialize in mixing tracks that bridge that gap, ensuring everyone stays on the dance floor until the lights go up.
For destination events, I am ready to travel. My setup is portable, and I am experienced in working with different house systems. If you have a specific Do-Not-Play list or a few songs that must-have for the Sangeet finale, we will sync on that well before the gig starts. This is a hustle for me, and I treat every show like it is the only one that matters.
