Sangeet and Cocktail Night Performance
Core Performance
- Lead Act: DJ Deep Bhamra performing live for a duration of up to 5 hours.
- MC Duties: Deep manages the microphone for crowd interaction, games conduction, and energy building.
- Assistant DJ: Includes one professional assistant (e.g., DJ Kartik or DJ Trexx) to handle technical transitions and prevent dead air.
Music and Curation
- Genre Mix: Transitioning sets covering Bollywood, Punjabi, English Retro, Hip Hop, and Commercial Pop.
- Exclusive Edits: Use of proprietary mashups and remixes not available to other DJs.
- Live Requests: Flexible approach to taking guest requests and reading the dancefloor.
Technical Setup
- Gear: Includes personal performance gear (Pioneer CDJ setup and Laptop stand).
- Backup: Redundant music drive and laptop included for technical safety.
- Note: PA System, Speakers, and Monitors are to be provided by the client or venue.
Full Day Wedding Package: Baraat to After-Party
Phase 1: Baraat Procession
- Music: Up to 2 hours of high-BPM Punjabi and Desi beats for the Groom's entry.
- Setup: Performance from a mobile DJ truck (vehicle and generator provided by client).
- Live Sync: Coordination with Dhol players to sync beats with the DJ track.
Phase 2: Reception and After-Party
- Evening Set: Ambient music for Reception dinner transitioning to high-energy Club Vibe for the After-Party.
- Duration: Coverage up to 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM (totaling 6 to 7 hours of evening performance).
- Interaction: Encourages Bride and Groom console takeovers for photos.
Operational Details
- Exclusivity: The team is blocked exclusively for the wedding day with no double bookings.
- Staffing: Includes Deep Bhamra plus 1 to 2 technical assistants to manage the shift from outdoor Baraat to indoor console.

Event Schedule
- Day 1: Coverage for Welcome Lunch or Pool Party (Tropical vibes) and Sangeet Night (Party energy).
- Day 2: Coverage for Haldi or Baraat and the main Wedding Reception or After-Party.
- Availability: Team is on-site for sound checks and curation throughout the weekend.

- Silent Disco: Service included for late-night parties with sound bans (Wireless headphone rental cost is extra).
- Themes: Distinct musical curation for each event type (Tropical, Desi, Commercial/EDM).
Logistics
- Planning: Direct access for playlist planning in advance.
- Tech Rider: Coordination with local sound vendors to ensure specs meet performance standards.
- Exclusions: Flights, Accommodation (Twin sharing), and local transfers are borne by the client.
