About Large-Scale Festivals
Pulling off a festival for over 1,000 people takes more than just a playlist. It is about the full technical rig—concert-grade Line Array sound systems, P4 LED walls, and CO2 jets—all synced to the beat. When I take charge of an event, I am managing everything from the stage build and security logistics to crowd flow and pyrotechnics, so you can focus on the dance floor.
When you bring me on to produce a festival or large-scale event, you are not just booking a DJ set. You are booking an end-to-end production experience. I have partnered with production teams like Ozone India and event groups like Aquafire to transform open grounds like Zest Club or resort spaces like Lago Palms into full festival arenas.
The Production Breakdown
- Technical Rig: I provide professional-grade sound—JBL or RCF tier Line Array systems with dual subwoofers—ensuring the bass hits right, even in large open-air venues.
- Visual Impact: We deploy high-definition LED video walls. These are not just for loops; they are programmed for VDJ sets and custom branded content to keep the energy levels high.
- SFX & Atmosphere: My setup includes CO2 Cryo jets, confetti blasts, and heavy-duty smoke machines. If the venue permits, I incorporate stadium-style cold pyro for that midnight countdown impact.
- Safety & Logistics: For crowds over 1,000, it is not all glamour. I manage 10-15 member security teams, Mojo barricading, and ticket counter setup to keep the entry smooth and the crowd controlled.
