My sets go beyond the standard radio mix. When I'm at the console, expect a fusion of heavy-hitting Punjabi beats, current Bollywood chart-busters, and my signature 'Bolly-Tech'—that’s Bollywood anthems with a driving techno twist. It is about reading the vibe, not just following a playlist.
The Setup
I bring my own gear, including professional headphones and a Rekordbox-ready setup. I know my way around a Pioneer CDJ 2000, so you get seamless transitions and high-fidelity sound. When I'm playing at venues like Hungry Hippie in Koramangala, I coordinate directly with the lighting jockey to make sure the drops in the music match the visual energy of the club.
More Than Just Music
I handle MC duties to keep the crowd engaged, announcing bar offers and hyping up the room. If the dance floor is lagging, I adjust the tempo to bring people back. I’ve been grinding in the Bangalore club scene since 2000, and I’ve learned that a great night isn't about playing for myself—it's about the people standing in front of me. Whether it's a high-energy Saturday night or a packed Ladies' Night in Bangalore, I make sure the music speaks for itself. ✌🏻
