Turntablism & Scratching Practice in Bengaluru
This is my home setup where I spend hours perfecting scratch combos and beat juggling. It is not just about hitting play, it is about mastering the craft to bring raw energy to your event.

About The Craft: Turntablism & Practice
I train on a hybrid setup using the Pioneer DDJ-1000 controller and PLX-1000 turntables to master live scratching and beat juggling. This allows me to physically manipulate the music during your event, ensuring the vibe stays dynamic rather than relying on automated transitions.
Being a turntablist is different from just being a DJ who presses play. In my studio, I spend hours drilling finger drumming, scratch combos, and beat juggling to build muscle memory. When you book me for a wedding or corporate event in Bengaluru, that preparation means I can read the crowd and react instantly.
Whether it is dropping a sudden Tamil kuthu transition or scratching in a classic hip-hop vocal, the goal is to keep the energy at 'Full Power' all night.
Why Practice Matters
- Crowd Control: Real turntablism allows me to loop, cut, and mix on the fly. If the dance floor is lagging, I can switch up the tempo immediately.
- Technical Gear: I use professional Pioneer gear because it handles the precision required for high-torque vinyl scratching. This ensures the sound is crisp, whether I am playing at a private birthday party or a corporate gala.
- Adaptability: My playlists are not static files. I mix between genres like MJ, old-school hip-hop, and regional hits to make sure every mama and chittappa is on their feet.
