Home Exterior Facade and Interior Decor
Exterior Facade Draping
Full frontal coverage for 2 to 3 story residences using bright pink, orange, or yellow fabrics stretched in criss cross or straight patterns from roof to ground.
Artificial Floral Hangings
Reusable artificial floral elements draped from balconies and windows, including inverted decorative baskets and long string hangings.
Main Entrance Gate
Dressing of the main iron or wooden gate using artificial flower borders, real marigold strings, and warm LED fairy lights.
Indoor Pooja and Haldi Area
Compact 8x8 ft backdrop set up in the living room or terrace. Includes basic floor seating with traditional mattresses covered in white sheets and colourful bolsters for 15 to 25 guests.
Ambient House Lighting
Exterior balconies and boundary walls wrapped in standard warm white or multi coloured LED fairy lights.
Haldi and Mehendi Setup with Props
Tenting and Canopies
Standard polyester or terrycot fabric draping in bright yellows, oranges, and pinks. The ceiling includes criss cross draping or checkerboard patterns with hanging artificial floral tassels.
Stage and Backdrop
A 10x10 ft or 12x8 ft stage setup. The backdrop features fabric drapes adorned with high density artificial marigolds and tuberoses, mixed with real flowers for fragrance. Includes standard wooden signage.
Couple Seating
Choice of a rental wooden swing or a traditional low floor diwan setup with ethnic printed cushions and bolsters.
Thematic Props
Reusable rental props for photo opportunities, including brightly painted earthen pots, decorated bicycles, auto rickshaw cutouts, colourful Rajasthani umbrellas, and hanging kites.
Flooring and Guest Seating
Standard mandala printed flex flooring covering the main stage and photo areas. Includes basic seating arrangements using painted wooden or plastic chairs.
Sangeet and Cocktail Night Setup
Ambient Draping and Lighting
Dark black or deep blue fabrics used to create a closed, intimate space. The ceiling and walls are heavily dressed with LED fairy lights for a starry night effect, supported by Par cans and Sharpies stage lighting.
Modern Entrances
Geometric metal frames wrapped in LED neon flex lights to create illuminated tunnels, or floral arches padded with artificial flowers and pampas grass.
Glamour Props and Centerpieces
Large mirror mosaic animal statues like pegasus or elephants, crystal faux chandeliers, and metallic floor vases filled with artificial pampas grass and dry leaves.
Stage Setup
A 16x12 ft stage riser with a dark fabric backdrop. Includes custom neon signage of the couple initials and basic lounge seating with 2 to 3 rental sofas for immediate family.
Aisle and Walkways
Printed carpets featuring geometric black and white chevron or diamond patterns to create a modern dance floor aesthetic leading up to the stage.

Grand Entrance Setup
Large box truss based entrance gate heavily draped in red or pastel fabrics. Embellished with thick artificial flower garlands and hanging faux crystal chandeliers.
Mandap Design
Standard 4 pillar or 6 pillar structural mandaps with traditional domes or modern open frames. Features high density artificial flower panels and strings, accented with real flowers. Includes basic ceremonial seating and havan kund.
The Mirrored Aisle
Reflective acrylic mirror sheets laid on the ground bordered by continuous low height artificial floral runners leading up to the mandap or stage.
Reception Stage
A wide 20 to 30 ft stage backdrop utilizing artificial greenery boxwood panels, fabric swags, or fiber carved traditional panels. Includes a premium tufted or velvet rental sofa for the couple, along with side props like vintage lanterns.
Guest Dining and Seating Area
Waterproof tenting and canopies for the dining area. Guest tables feature gold painted metal stands topped with artificial flower orbs and banquet chairs with fabric ties.
Varmala Special Effects and Thematic Entries
Walking on Clouds Fog Effect
Deployment of 4 to 8 dry ice fog machines during the bridal entry or Jaimala exchange, creating a dense, low lying cloud effect that covers the stage floor.
Pyrotechnics and Sparklers
Use of 10 to 14 remote triggered cold pyro guns synchronized to go off exactly during the garland exchange or couple entry. Safe for indoor and stage use.
Daytime Rainbow Smoke
Vibrant, multi coloured smoke bombs released in the background during daytime Varmala setups, creating a photogenic color cloud.
Performance and Artist Integration
Local freelance artists and dancers execute specific entry themes, such as priests performing a synchronized Ganga Aarti with fire props during the Jaimala or artists holding prop umbrellas to escort the groom.
Petal Showers
Mechanical or manual heavy shower of red rose petals coordinated precisely with the Varmala exchange moment.
