Surprise Proposal Decor Setup
Main Proposal Stage
- Illuminated Heart Arch: One 7ft to 8ft metal heart structure wrapped entirely in warm white LED fairy lights.
- Neon Signage: Glowing neon sign reading "Will You Marry Me?" or "Better Together" placed near the focal point.
- Seating Arrangement: Small intimate dining table for two, accompanied by two clear acrylic chairs and elegant table linen. (Food and beverages not included).
Pathway and Floor Decor
- Romantic Walkway: A red fabric carpet runner up to 15 feet long leading up to the main proposal spot.
- Rose Petals: 5 to 8 kg of local red rose petals scattered along the walkway, on stairs, and densely clustered at the base of the heart arch.
- Lanterns and Candles: 20 to 30 decorative glass and metal lanterns of varying sizes, fitted with wax pillar candles or LED faux candles.
Accents and Props
- Heart Balloons: 20 to 30 red heart shaped foil balloons tied to weights around the dining table and scattered on the floor.
Logistics and Execution
- Time Sensitive Setup: A 3 person team arrives 2 hours prior to the surprise time to assemble the decor.
- Teardown: The team dismantles the setup and collects reusable inventory (frames, lanterns, neon signs, chairs) post event.
- Exclusions: Venue booking costs, photography, meals, and beverages are not included. Decor only.
Themed Kids Birthday Decor
Core Setup and Backdrop
- Themed Backdrop: One 8ft x 8ft custom printed flex backdrop mounted on a wooden frame for themes like Cocomelon or Butterfly. Includes the child's name and age printed on the flex.
- Cake Table Decor: Draping of the main cake table with matching fabric and small balloon clusters tied to the corners.
Balloons and Props
- Balloon Arrangements: 300 to 400 standard glossy latex balloons in metallic or pastel shades. Includes one main organic style arch around the backdrop and 4 to 5 small balloon pillars placed around the venue.
- Character Cutouts: 3 to 4 standalone sunboard cutouts approximately 3 to 4 feet tall matching the chosen theme, placed around the cake table and entrance.
- Entrance Walkway: A 10ft printed flex carpet walkway matching the theme, flanked by 2 small balloon pillars.
Lighting and Aesthetics
- Signage: One reusable neon sign like "Happy Birthday" or "Let's Party" hung on the backdrop.
- Ambient Lighting: 3 to 4 LED Par Can lights placed on the floor to illuminate the backdrop and props in theme matching colors.
Logistics and Labor
- Setup and Teardown: Full execution by a 3 to 4 person crew taking 2 to 3 hours prior to the event. The team returns post event to dismantle and collect reusable frames, cutouts, and lighting.
- Exclusions: Strictly covers decor. Venue rental, cake, catering, and photography are not included.
