Books a budget banquet or farmhouse in Delhi NCR including Noida or Gurugram outskirts. Includes standard vegetarian or non vegetarian catering for 4 major functions (Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding) with classic Indian buffets, live chaat counters, and basic seating arrangements.

Setup & Decor

Provides a grand visual look using recycled and artificial materials. Haldi and Mehendi feature standard drapes, artificial marigold strings, and painted cycle props. Sangeet includes a basic LED screen backdrop and fairy lights. Wedding features a pre fabricated metal mandap wrapped in artificial roses and a printed flex aisle floor.

Music & Special Entries

Includes a local DJ with a basic sound system and a Hindi speaking MC for the Sangeet. Baraat includes local Dhol players and a basic Band Baaja setup. Grand entries feature a vintage car for the groom, a standard umbrella for the bride, handheld cold pyros, sparklers, and heavy smoke machines.

Photography & Coordination

Covers 2 days of traditional and candid photography with a local crew, including basic drone shots for entries. Delivers standard highlight videos and album edits. Includes 4 on ground staff to manage vendors and keep the schedule moving with a fast paced direct approach.

Stay & Meals

Books a 3 star resort in Jim Corbett or Rishikesh for 2 nights. Accommodates 100 guests in triple or quad sharing rooms. Covers all standard buffet meals including breakfasts, lunches, high teas, and gala dinners.

Setup & Decor

Transports heavy decor inventory from local godowns to the resort. Day events use bright fabrics, artificial pampas grass, and standard photo booth props. Evening events feature artificial floral arches, standard fiber pillars, and mirrored walkways for the Sangeet stage and Wedding Mandap.

Music & Special Entries

Sources a standard DJ setup, heavy bass sound system, and local Dhol players for the Baraat and Haldi. Executes flashy entries with standard cold pyros, sparklers, and smoke bombs. Varmala includes multi colored smoke and fireworks on a portable raised platform.

Photography & Logistics

Provides a standard 2 day photography and videography crew covering candid and traditional shots, including their travel and stay. Includes a basic hospitality desk at the resort for check ins and room allocations. The team manages local vendor coordination directly and quickly.

Executes decor for all 4 functions using high volume artificial materials to make the venue look full on camera. Includes heavy draping, massive pre fabricated entrance tunnels with hanging chandeliers, and thick mandap structures completely covered in artificial flowers. Uses printed flex sheets for aisles and standard gold painted props.

Music & Special Entries

Arranges a commercial DJ, basic LED screens, and club style sound systems. Sources local MCs to host the crowd and local Dhol players for the Baraat. Manages grand entries with a vintage car or decorative buggy for the groom, a Phool Chadar for the bride, sparkler tunnels, cold fire fountains, and smoke machines.

Photography & Coordination

Includes standard 2 day traditional and candid photo and video coverage. The team manages the floor, runs vendor timelines, gathers guests for group photos, and directs laborers to ensure the event flows on time.
