About A Legacy of Excellence
My students do not just learn shots, they learn how to think about the game. Whether you are aiming for the U-12 district team or U-23 state selection, the technical corrections I offer personally during net sessions are about sharpening your instincts for match play.
At this academy, we do not believe in shortcuts. You will see young boys and girls working on the same fundamentals I relied on to score three centuries at Lord's.
We focus on the why behind every shot. In our net sessions, we do not just throw balls. We create scenarios where you have to play for your wicket, manage pressure, and rotate the strike when needed. For the younger age groups, the focus is strictly on grip, balance, and stance. For the elite squads, we move into tactical variations, managing your spell as a bowler, and developing a match-winning temperament.
Physical training here is non-negotiable. I constantly tell my players, 'step uthao jara, speed badhao abhi' (lift your steps, increase your speed). You cannot survive professional cricket without fitness. Our routine includes power yoga for core strength and flexibility, ensuring you stay resilient during long tournaments.
