It is not just about hitting balls. In our Elite High-Performance sessions, we execute 108 Suryanamaskars in under 25 minutes. It is about building a body that does not break when a match goes into the fifth day. If you are not ready to sweat through our morning drills, you are not ready for the pitch.

I have always believed that facilities are nothing without the right attitude. You need that 'vijigishu vrutti' (fighting spirit). Whether you are training at our Mahul center in Mumbai or our Varroc academy in Pune, the expectations are the same. We focus on total conditioning: speed, strength, and stamina.

We train you to perform under pressure. My coaching philosophy is simple: Sweat. Drill. Repeat.

  • Physical Conditioning: We don't just run laps. We use ladder drills, cone work, and compound gym movements like deadlifts to build the posterior chain strength necessary for explosive batting and fast bowling.
  • Mental Toughness: Cricket is a game of patience, especially in the long format. Our Power Yoga sessions aren't just for flexibility; they are for mental focus. When you are on the field, 'step uthao jara, speed badhao abhi' (lift your steps, increase your speed) is the mindset you need to maintain.
