Master the Game: Sweat. Drill. Repeat.
Cricket isn't just about talent; it's about the discipline you build when no one is watching. At our academies, we focus on the rigorous training that separates the good from the great.
Our training is designed to be a clear pathway from local grounds to the national stage. We build champions who are ready for the highest levels of competition.

About The Training Philosophy: Sweat. Drill. Repeat.
When you step into our nets, you aren't just hitting balls. You are facing senior bowlers who bowl with match-level intensity, replicating the pressure you will face on the field. It is not about finding comfort; it is about learning to handle the heat, just like we did in Test cricket.
We do not just teach cricket; we teach how to survive the long game. Whether you are a U-12 beginner or training for the U-23 squad, the philosophy is simple: Sweat. Drill. Repeat.
Our training is built on three pillars:
Technical Precision We use a mix of cement and natural turf wickets to master grip, backlift, and run-up stabilization. For spinners, flight control drills are a daily ritual. Every shot is broken down until it becomes muscle memory.
Physical Resilience If you want to play at the highest level, you need the engine to back it up. Our routine involves intensive running drills and power yoga. We perform 108 Suryanamaskars in just 25 minutes to build the mental and physical stamina required for those long matches.
Mental Toughness
You learn best under pressure. That is why our sessions are non-negotiable. You will face bowlers with serious intent. We have facilities across Pune and Mumbai, including indoor floodlit nets for when the weather turns. The wickets are excellent, but they are just the stage. The performance is entirely up to you. Step uthao jara, speed badhao abhi (lift your steps, increase your speed)—that is the mindset we foster every single day. If you want to play for the country, this is where that journey starts.
Dilip Vengsarkar
I have seen the game change, but the fundamentals remain the same. I do not believe in shortcuts, so I built this academy to teach the discipline that got me to Lord's. If you are ready to put in the work, I am here to show you the way.
