My buffet spreads are designed for variety. I work with you to mix traditional Karnataka classics—like hot Bisibelebath or fresh Kosambari—with modern global favourites. We ensure the setup is aesthetically pleasing, using quality copper and brassware that elevates the look of the food stations. Our team is trained to manage large crowds efficiently, preventing long wait times and ensuring service remains seamless throughout the evening.

Heritage and Royal Dining

If you are looking for a more traditional or premium touch, I offer:

  • Traditional Baale Yele Oota: A complete sit-down experience on fresh, full-length plantain leaves, served by staff in traditional dhoti attire. It is the perfect choice for an authentic South Indian wedding.
  • Royal Golden Thali: For an ultra-premium feel, we use lion-leg furniture and gold-plated tableware. This is a served-at-table experience where guests receive unlimited refills, allowing them to remain seated while our staff takes care of every course.
