- Diagnosis: Physical inspection of DVR/NVR, SMPS, and up to 4 cameras to fix black screens or flickering.
- Connector Fixes: Replacement of up to 2 rusted BNC/DC connectors using copper-pin parts.
- Wiring: Repairing minor cable cuts or loose contacts using electrical insulation tape.
- Power Check: Voltage testing of the SMPS (Power supply) to ensure stable current.
- Basic Cleaning: Wiping of accessible camera lenses (up to 6ft height).

- Turnaround: 45 to 60 minutes.
- Warranty: 7-day service warranty on specific wire joints or connectors fixed.
- Exclusions: Cost of hardware replacements (SMPS, Hard Disk, Cameras) is not included.
