Scope of Work
- Health Check: Complete inspection of DVR/NVR unit, SMPS power supply, and Hard Disk Drive status.
- Repairs: Diagnosis of signal loss and replacement of up to 2 faulty BNC/DC connectors or RJ45 jacks.
- Cleaning: External dusting of DVR unit and microfiber lens cleaning for up to 4 accessible cameras.
- Configuration: Re-configuring mobile apps (gCMOB/iCMOB/Hik-Connect) on one user device.
- Exclusions: Replacement of major hardware (SMPS, HDD, Cameras) or rewiring beyond 2 meters.
Annual Maintenance Contract (Non-Comprehensive)

- Preventive Care: 4 scheduled quarterly visits to check system health, clean components, and verify recording retention.
- Unlimited Support: Unlimited on-call breakdown visits for sudden failures during the contract period.
- Connectors: Free replacement of rusted or oxidized BNC/DC connectors.
- Remote Support: Assistance with password resets, footage retrieval, and setup on new devices.
- Parts Policy: Labor is free for all repairs; replacement cost for major hardware (Camera, DVR, HDD) is borne by the client.
Wiring Overhaul & Dressing
Aesthetic & Safety Upgrade
- Cable Management: Rerouting loose coaxial/CAT6 cables into ISI-mark PVC casing or conduit pipes.
- Protection: Installation of waterproof 4x4 PVC junction boxes to hide connectors and protect against weather.
- Rack Dressing: Organizing the DVR/NVR hub, bundling wires with ties, and ensuring proper airflow.
- Labeling: Tagging wires (e.g., Main Gate, Kitchen) for easy identification.
- Exclusions: Cost of fresh Coaxial/CAT6 cable if full replacement is required (charged per meter).
