Why my kitchens last:
- Core Materials: I only use 18mm BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood. This prevents the swelling and warping that you often see in cheaper, lower-quality cabinets after a few months of kitchen use.
- Hardware that works: I source soft-close hinges and tandem drawers from reliable brands. In the photos on this page, you can see how I integrate elevator baskets and pull-out organizers to ensure you aren't straining to reach items in the back of your cabinets.
- Custom Finishing: Whether you prefer the clean look of high-gloss acrylic or the premium feel of a PU finish, I ensure the edging is machine-banded. This prevents moisture from seeping into the core, keeping your kitchen cabinets looking new for a long time.
