About Specialized Yoga Workshops
Why I Do What I Do
Yoga’s more than making shapes with your body. For me, it’s a spiritual journey, rooted in Sanatan Dharma. If you want to dig deeper than regular classes, you’ll probably vibe with my workshops. We focus on abhyasa (self-practice) and actually understanding the why behind every movement.
What To Expect
Not your typical chill yoga class. These are focused, sometimes tough sessions for serious folks and teachers. Every workshop has its own theme - could be alignment, could be deep backbends, sometimes we get really specific like working on the pelvic floor or shoulder joints. It’s all about leveling up in a safe and supportive space.
How I Teach
- I give direct, hands-on yoga alignment training. Expect physical adjustments and real-time feedback.
- Props are a big part of my method—blocks, straps, chairs, wall. Not cheating, just smart tools.
- Studio is clean and simple. No distractions, just space to practice.
What You Get Out Of It
If you’re looking to refine your practice, push your limits, or grow as a teacher, you’ll find value here. We aim for more than just nailing a tough pose—balance and peace off the mat is the real goal.
Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu (May all beings everywhere be happy and free).

My Story
ॐ Sanatan Dharma is our way. I’m Devender, yogi and Shiv bhakt. For me, yoga isn’t just stretching - it’s connecting to your real self. I keep working on my own alignment, always learning. Sometimes I tell students, ‘not bad, need more practice’. We chant together, sweat together, and wish for happiness for all - *sarve bhavantu sukhinah*. If you join our class in Gurgaon, expect tradition and sincerity. Namaste.
