The Path to the Podium
Success in championships—like the district and national events my students regularly compete in—starts with consistency. Our training approach focuses on:
- Match Simulation: We do not just drill; we put you in real tournament scenarios. This includes tactical match play, managing shuttle fatigue, and developing court awareness under pressure.
- Multi-Shuttle Drills: Essential for speed and stroke correction. By repeating high-volume drills, we build the muscle memory required to execute complex shots accurately during high-stakes games.
- Conditioning: Matches are won with footwork. Our on-court agility work and court-side strength training ensure you have the explosive power to move and the endurance to last until the final point.
Training at Deuce
We operate out of our BWF-approved facility in Sector 64, Gurugram. Whether you are a junior targeting state championships or an adult aiming for the district podium, the environment is the same. You will be training on double-cushion wooden floors with Yonex mats and 550+ LUX lighting—the same conditions you will face in professional tournaments. This consistency in equipment reduces transition time and helps you feel natural on any competitive court.
