- Layouts: 2D furniture placement plans optimizing circulation and Vastu compliance.
- 3D Renders: Photorealistic views for Living, Dining, Master Bedroom, and Kitchen (limited to 2 revisions).
- Mood Boards: Curation of color palettes, textures, and material suggestions (laminates, fabrics).
Technical Documentation
- Services: Detailed CAD drawings for electrical looping, switchboard layouts, and plumbing points.
- Joinery: Fabrication details for wardrobes, TV units, and modular cabinets.
- Ceiling: Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) for false ceiling layout and lighting.
Support & Quantities
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Itemized material list with quantity estimates for budget planning.
- Site Visits: Up to 3 visits for measurement and design verification.
- Selection: Assisted visits to vendor stores for tiles and laminate selection.
Turnkey Interior Execution
Civil & Ceiling
- False Ceiling: Gypsum board ceiling (Saint-Gobain or equivalent) with provisions for cove lighting.
- Paint: Surface preparation followed by Premium Plastic Emulsion (Asian Paints Royale) and one accent wall per room.
Custom Woodwork
- Core Material: Structural core using BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) Grade Ply (Century/Greenply).
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling units with High-Gloss or Textured Laminate finish (Merino/Royal Touche).
- Internal Lining: All woodwork finished internally with white laminate.
Electrical & Hardware
- Electrical: Wiring modifications using Fire Retardant wires (Polycab/Havells) and installation of fixtures.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges and drawer channels (Hettich/Hafele economy range).
- Management: Dedicated site supervision and deep cleaning prior to handover.

Cabinetry Construction
- Core Material: 100% Boiling Water Proof (BWP) Marine Grade Plywood (IS:710) for wet areas and base units.
- Shutters: Dual-tone finish using 1mm High-Gloss Anti-Scratch Laminates or Acrylic sheets.
- Finishing: Machine-pressed PVC edge banding for moisture protection.
Countertop & Backsplash
- Surface: Polished Granite slab (Jet Black/Lakha Red) or entry-level Quartz with edge molding.
- Dado: Designer ceramic wall tiles installed up to 2 feet height above the counter.
Accessories & Hardware
- Storage: SS 304 grade wire baskets including cutlery tray, thali organizer, and detergent pull-out.
- Mechanisms: Soft-closing hinges, telescopic channels, and hydraulic gas lifts for overhead units (Hettich/Ebco).
- Services: Plumbing connections for sink and relocation of electrical points for appliances.

What I Do
- Full home design and renovation - I handle everything, from planning the space to picking the final finishes.
- Apartment interiors - I know how to make the most of tight spaces, especially in city apartments. My focus is on apartment space optimization so you get a contemporary living experience.
My Style
- I lean towards modern home interiors - clean lines, open layouts, and uncluttered rooms.
- Neutral color palette for homes is my go-to: lots of beiges and greys, with pops of blue or yellow to keep things lively.
- Lighting matters. I use cove lighting in false ceilings for a soft vibe, and modern pendant lights for a bit of drama.
Room by Room
- Bedrooms: I like to keep these calm and stylish. Think big, upholstered headboards and textured accent walls. Hanging pendant lights by the bed are a favorite.
- Living & Dining: Open, social, and bright. Minimalist tables, framed mirrors, and polished marble or large tiles for flooring.
- Kitchens: I’m all about modular kitchen design. Dual-tone cabinets, granite counters, and appliances that fit right in.
I keep things practical but don’t shy away from adding a little personality. If you want a home that feels modern but still warm, I’m here for it.
