Essential Modern Interiors
Design & Planning
- 2D layout planning for space optimization.
- Basic 3D visualizations for the Kitchen and Master Bedroom.
- Assistance with laminate and paint shade selection.
Factory Made Modular Woodwork
- Kitchen: BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Grade Plywood carcass. 1mm High Gloss or Matte Laminate shutters. Includes PVC cutlery tray, dish rack, and bottle pull-out.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling designs. Internal carcass in MR Grade Ply with white laminate. External shutters in standard laminate with metal handles.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges and telescopic channels (Hettich, Hafele, or Godrej).
Ceiling & Lighting
- False Ceiling: POP/Gypsum peripheral cove or flat design for Living Room and Bedrooms. Includes GI channel framing.
- Lighting: Installation of standard COB lights, downlights, and LED strips (Philips/Wipro/Equivalent).
Wall Treatments & Paint
- Paint: Premium Plastic Emulsion (Asian Paints Royale/Dulux Velvet Touch) for all walls and ceilings (2-3 coats).
- Accent Walls: One feature wall per room using standard Wallpaper or basic texture paint.
Bathrooms & Electrical
- Vanities: Under-counter vanity units in laminate finish.
- Electrical: Relocation of switch boards and points based on layout (wiring and labor included).

- End-to-end consultancy with detailed VR-ready 3D renders for all spaces.

• I start by listening to what you want, then show you 3D designs so you can picture everything before we start. • My own workshop means I make custom furniture for homes, so you get pieces that fit just right - no jugaad (no shortcuts). • Once the designs are locked, I take care of the whole transformation - civil work, furniture, lights, all the way to the final setup.

• Into modern minimalist home interiors? I do clean lines and clutter-free vibes. • Want something fancy? I use luxe fabrics, rich finishes, and statement pieces. • Love earthy feels?
