When you order from our workshop, we control the build quality—specifically the steel gauge—to ensure your hostel beds or school benches handle daily load without bending. It is about building it right the first time so you are not paying for replacements every year.
In the institutional furniture market, there is a lot of hidden cost-cutting. Most ready-made items look fine in a photo, but they fail the moment you put them under daily use in a hostel or school. My approach is different.

We are manufacturers, not traders. When you commission bulk furniture from my Goregaon workshop, you aren't getting generic stock. You are getting:
- Metal Specification: We use 16 to 18 gauge mild steel for our bunk beds and seating frames. This thickness is non-negotiable for preventing bending or collapse under load.
- Welding Standards: We use MIG welding, not just screw-fixed assembly. This ensures the joints stay tight even if the furniture is moved or handled roughly by students or staff.
- Finishing: Every metal piece undergoes an anti-rust chemical treatment before the epoxy powder coating is applied, so the frame doesn't corrode, even in humid Mumbai conditions.
