From live event sketches to custom hand-drawn gifts, see how I capture your personality and bring a smile to every face.

It was an honour to create this piece for the perfectionist himself, Aamir Khan. I was so happy when he noticed the fine details, like the colour in the eyes. Moments like these make all the hard work worth it.

This is why I love what I do. Seeing this wonderful lady's pure joy and laughter when she saw her caricature for the first time was priceless. Her reaction, "खूप छान वाटतं," which means "it feels very nice," is the best feedback an artist can get.

I had a great time drawing this sweet couple. You can see the chemistry between them, and my goal was to capture that warmth in their caricature. A live couple portrait is a wonderful way to create a shared memory.

This split-screen video shows the live process of drawing this young boy. I start with the basic features and slowly bring his personality to life on paper. His happy smile at the end is the perfect reward.

Here you can see a piece from start to finish. I begin with black and white shading using Copic markers, then add vibrant colours with Prismacolor Art Stix, and finally present it in a clean, black frame. It’s a complete, ready to hang gift.

This is a look at a custom watercolour caricature I created for a couple and their beloved cat. I work from photos to create these special commissioned portraits, which make for a truly personal and heartfelt gift.

Here I am, live in action at Infiniti Mall in Mumbai. This time-lapse shows how I quickly capture a person's likeness, focusing on fun features like this gentleman's awesome beard, creating entertainment for everyone watching.

About Featured

My work relies on professional-grade materials like Copic markers and archival paper. This ensures that every sketch I create is not just a quick doodle, but a piece of art that retains its color and vibrancy for years. Whether you are at a live event or ordering a custom piece, you are getting high-quality work that is meant to last.

My Studio in Malad

I run India’s first caricature studio right here in Malad West, near Merwans Bakery. It is not just a workspace, but a place where I invite people to experience art differently. Whether you are looking for a live artist for your wedding or a custom gift for an anniversary, the studio allows me to maintain the highest quality standards for every portrait.

The Art of the Caricature

Many people think a caricature is just making someone look funny. For me, it is about observation. I look for the defining feature, be it a smile, a pair of glasses, or a beard, and I exaggerate it to capture the soul of the person. I use a mix of alcohol-based markers for bold, flat color and Prismacolor Art Stix for depth and texture.

Why Choose My Services?

  • Live Entertainment: I bring energy to any event. Watching a caricature come to life on paper is an experience guests love to see, and they get to take home a souvenir that is unique to them.
  • Custom Commissions: If you cannot make it to the studio, I work from your photos to create a custom caricature. These make excellent gifts, and I handle the framing so you get a finished product ready to display.
  • Workshops: I am passionate about teaching. If you have ever wanted to learn the techniques behind quick sketching and facial exaggeration, my workshops at the studio break it down into simple, fun sessions.

Everything I do comes back to that reaction—the moment someone sees their own face on paper and goes, 'khoop chaan watta' (it feels very nice). That is why I do this.
