About Behind the Scenes: My Craft
When you buy a candle, it is easy to overlook the steps that happen before it reaches your home. In our studio, we do not use mass-production machines. Every jar is hand-poured in small batches, allowing us to monitor the wax temperature precisely for a smooth, even finish. We use a heat gun to carefully touch up the surface of every piece, ensuring the design you see in our gallery is exactly what arrives at your door.
Our Approach to Candle Craftsmanship
We believe a candle is more than just wax and a wick. It is a sculpture of calm. My process in our Delhi workshop starts with sourcing 100% natural soy wax, which provides a cleaner, longer burn compared to traditional paraffin options.
The Hand-Pouring Process
Every scent profile, from Oudh to Lemongrass, is tested for its throw and longevity. When we pour, we focus on the cure time. Rushing the curing process leads to uneven scents, so we let every batch set naturally before we begin the labeling and packaging stages.
Quality Control and Bulk Capacity
While I maintain a hands-on approach, we are also equipped for scale. We have refined our workflow to handle massive volume without compromising the quality of individual units. Whether it is a batch of 600 jar candles for a corporate event or intricate sculptural favors, the process remains consistent: quality checks at the pouring, setting, and packaging stages.
