• Duration: Approximately 60 minutes total time (40 to 45 minutes pool time plus 15 to 20 minutes drying).
• 1:1 Staff Support: A dedicated handler enters the pool with the dog to guide and hold them, suitable for nervous swimmers.
• Facility: Access to a 15x10 ft in-ground blue mosaic tiled pool with steps for entry.
• Engagement: Use of floating balls and retrieval toys during the swim.

Hygiene & Grooming

• Rinse: Fresh water rinse immediately after the swim to remove chlorinated pool water.
• Drying: Towel drying followed by a basic blow-dry using a high-velocity dryer (essential for thick coats).
• Amenities: Fresh drinking water and access to poolside artificial turf for rest breaks.

• Outdoor Access: Scheduled play sessions in fenced natural grass and paved zones.
