Core Setup
- Backdrop: A 6ft x 6ft circular metal ring stand or semi-arch frame.
- Balloons: Organic garland with approx. 200 to 250 latex balloons. Includes metallic, pastel, or matte finishes (2 to 3 color mix).
- Signage: Rental of standard "Happy Birthday" neon light (warm white) or card-stock bunting.
Props & Furniture
- Cake Stand: One cylindrical pedestal (white fluted or wireframe) or small table for cake cutting.
- Lighting: Basic fairy lights wrapped on the ring or draped on the background.
Logistics
- Crew: Setup by 2 people.
- Duration: Takes 90 to 120 minutes to assemble.
- Teardown: Next-day collection of rental items (Ring, Neon, Plinths).
Themed Flex Backdrop Setup
Themed Backdrop
- Main Display: 8ft x 8ft professionally printed flex backdrop on a wooden/truss frame. Customized to themes like Jungle Safari, Avengers, Frozen, etc.
- Cutouts: 3 to 4 sunboard character cutouts (3ft to 4ft height) placed near the backdrop.
- Elements: Theme-specific additions like artificial vines/leaves or foil stars/snowflakes.
Balloon Artistry
- Arrangement: Heavy organic arch (Inverted U or L shape) framing the backdrop.
- Volume: Approx. 400 to 500 balloons.
- Mix: Includes 5 inch, 10 inch, and 18 inch sizes plus specialty foil balloons.
Props & Lighting
- Plinths: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals for cake/gifts, color-coordinated with the theme.
- Lighting: 2 LED PAR cans to illuminate the backdrop colors.
- Flooring: Basic carpet or artificial grass mat (8x4 ft) for the decor zone.

Premium Backdrop
- Shimmer Wall: 8ft x 8ft Sequin/Shimmer panel wall (Gold, Silver, Black, or Iridescent Blue) that animates with airflow.
- Marquee: Rental of LED Marquee Numbers (e.g., age) or short Name (3 to 4 letters).
Luxury Balloon Styling
- Material: High-quality Chrome, Metallic, or Pastel Matte balloons (500+ units).
- Design: Asymmetric, voluminous organic garland flowing down one side of the wall with "Starburst" foil accents.
Accessories & Lights
- Signage: Neon "Happy Birthday" or "Let's Party" sign mounted on the sequins.
