Behind the Scenes: How We Build Your Wedding Decor
People see the final stage and the lights, but this is what happens before you walk down the aisle. Here is a look at the hard work, sweat, and planning that goes into making your venue look perfect.
Here I am on-site, directing my team during the setup for a Haldi ceremony. I personally oversee every project to ensure my vision comes to life.
A proud moment, standing in front of a completed stage. It's a great feeling to see the final result of all our hard work.
Doing a final walkthrough of this modern entrance tunnel. I check every detail to make sure it's perfect before the guests arrive.

About Behind the Scenes: Our Process
Most planners just show you the finished photo, but I believe you should know exactly what goes into the setup. From welding the heavy truss structures and laying down carpets to adjusting every single marigold by hand, I am on the ground with my team for every project. We don't just hire people to do it; we are the ones doing it.
Building a wedding setup in Lalitpur or Jhansi isn't just about placing flowers. It involves a lot of logistics that people don't see. We manage everything from the structural integrity of the mandap to the electrical safety of our lighting tunnels. When I am on-site, I am looking at the details that matter to you.
I focus on three core areas during the setup process:
1. Structural Reliability: Whether it is a 40ft stage or a simple Haldi backdrop, we ensure the framework is rock solid. We use heavy-duty trusses and base plates to make sure everything stays in place, even if the weather turns.
2. Precision Lighting: It is not enough to just hang lights. I personally check the angles and the warmth of the LEDs to ensure they don't wash out your makeup or create weird shadows in photos.
3. Floral Freshness: We balance real flowers with high-quality artificial ones. This ensures your decor looks lush and full from the start of the ceremony until the very end, without wilting in the heat.
My team handles the heavy lifting, the loading of the trucks, and the final cleaning so that when you arrive, everything is clean, set, and ready. If you want to know how we can handle a specific venue layout in your locality, reach out and we can walk through it.
