Surprise Room Decorations for Birthdays
I turn your bedroom or living room into a celebration spot with balloons, fairy lights, and custom banners. A simple way to make a birthday surprise extra special at home.
This is how I set up a surprise birthday bedroom. The decoration includes dozens of balloons floating on the ceiling, "Happy Birthday" foil letters with fairy lights, and many more balloons on the bed and floor.
About Surprise Room Setups
I use air-filled balloons for all my room setups, so you do not have to worry about gas canisters. I tape them to the walls and ceiling, meaning the setup stays put for the party, and cleanup is straightforward once you are done.
How a Room Surprise Setup Works
When I handle a room surprise, the goal is to transform your space quickly without creating a mess. My standard setup includes 40 to 50 metallic balloons attached to the ceiling with curling ribbons, which creates a floating effect. I also place 20 to 30 loose balloons on the floor or bed, plus a foil 'Happy Birthday' text banner and fairy lights to finish the look.
The Setup Process
Since I do not use helium, I rely on professional-grade tape that is safe for home walls and surfaces. The installation process usually takes about 45 to 60 minutes. You can book this while you are out of the house, and the room will be ready for the surprise when you return.
Pricing and Customization
My room surprise packages range from ₹1800 to ₹2400. This covers the materials, transport, and the time taken to set everything up. If you have specific color preferences for the balloons, such as blue and silver or gold and black, let me know when you book. I can also add personalized name banners or foil numbers to match the age of the person celebrating.
