This is one of my favorite outdoor setups. I created a full circle balloon ring with white and chrome gold balloons, centered with a glowing "Happy Birthday" neon sign. To make it extra special, I added a walkway of red rose petals leading to the cake stand.
For a sleek and modern birthday celebration, I designed this black and silver balloon arch against a clean white backdrop. I also added a custom vinyl name decal for a personal touch, making it a great photo spot.
This is a popular request for surprise birthday parties. I decorate the entire bedroom, filling the ceiling with blue and silver balloons with hanging ribbons, and covering the bed with more balloons. The "Happy Birthday" foil letters on the wall are lit with fairy lights for a magical effect.

- Balloon Arches: I build full-circle metal rings or L-shaped arches using 200 to 250 balloons. I mix sizes for an organic look and use color combos like blue, gold, or silver based on your preference.
- Foil & Neon Elements: I add custom foil name banners and glowing neon "Happy Birthday" signs to give the backdrop a modern, bright look.
- Themed Details: For kids' birthdays, I include specific sunboard cutouts of their favorite characters (like Cocomelon or Boss Baby) to make the theme clear.
- Room Surprises: For a more intimate vibe, I fill ceilings with balloons and ribbons and create petal walkways or floor arrangements.
Logistics
- Setup Time: Most of my standard setups take about 45 to 60 minutes.
- Material: I use air-filled balloons (not helium), so they stay inflated for the duration of your party and beyond.
- Pricing: My packages are all-inclusive, covering the backdrop structure, balloons, and light elements. I take care of the setup, and for large structures like metal rings, I return the next day to retrieve my equipment.
