This breathtaking mandap, designed as a dome of red roses, creates a dramatic and romantic focal point for the wedding ceremony. The structure's reflection on the glossy floor doubles the visual impact, and the warm lighting ensures a magical ambiance for an evening wedding.
For this beachside wedding, I designed a stunning mirrored aisle that reflects the sky and the elegant white floral decor. This modern setup, with its clean lines and backdrop of palm trees, creates a serene and luxurious path for the couple's grand entrance.
I love creating timeless looks, like this South Indian ceremony setup. The stage features a canopy of hanging jasmine and tuberose, traditional banana plantains, and a beautiful hand-painted backdrop, all coming together for an authentic and elegant wedding atmosphere.
This reception stage is all about sophisticated glamour, featuring a series of grand floral arches in soft pink and white. The elevated platform, classic seating, and cascading flowers create a luxurious and picture-perfect setting for the newlyweds.
To bring energy to this Sangeet night, I designed a vibrant, multi-colored hall with a custom mandala-print dance floor. The ceiling is a spectacle of hanging tassels and disco balls, with dynamic lighting that sets the perfect mood for a night of celebration and dance.
For festive occasions like Ganesh Chaturthi, I create decor that is both devotional and beautiful. This installation features a Ganesha idol framed by a dense arch of yellow marigolds and a modern neon sign, blending tradition with contemporary design.
A simple moment becomes magical under a lush floral archway. I designed this entrance with hundreds of pink roses and greenery to create a romantic, garden-like feel, perfect for couple portraits and welcoming guests into the celebration.

When you look at our mandaps or stages, you are seeing custom fabrication, not standard rental kits. For instance, the mirrored walkways we design are built as reinforced, raised structures to handle foot traffic while maintaining a high-gloss reflection. We also use a hybrid floral approach, prioritizing fresh flowers for eye-level contact points while using high-quality silk arrangements for high-volume areas, ensuring the decor stays crisp throughout your event.
We approach event decor as an engineering task as much as an aesthetic one. Whether it is an intimate Haldi ceremony at a home in Bangalore or a destination wedding in Goa, our team manages the entire production cycle to ensure the setup is stable and visually consistent.
Our Design Philosophy
We do not work with pre-set, one-size-fits-all catalogs. If you have a specific theme in mind—like a traditional Rajasthani Mehendi or a minimalist Christian wedding—we adapt our structural inventory to match your vision. Our in-house production team allows us to build stages and mandaps from scratch, which means we can accommodate custom dimensions and specific lighting layouts that standard setups often cannot.
Technical Approach
- Lighting: We use professional-grade LED PAR cans and warm profile lighting to define the mood, rather than just relying on generic overhead hall lights.
- Floral Strategy: We utilize 100% fresh, local marigolds and jasmine for traditional events to ensure they remain fragrant. For larger banquet stages, we combine fresh roses and orchids at touch-points with silk accents on overhead arches, which prevents wilting under hot stage lights.
- Structural Integrity: For grand stages, we use trussing and custom-fabricated backdrops (up to 30ft) to ensure safety and visual scale in large halls.
We provide full-service planning and production, meaning we coordinate the vendor logistics and onsite assembly so you do not have to manage multiple contractors during your event.
