Engagement Ring Backdrop Setup
Structure & Frame
- Backdrop: Freestanding 6x6 foot or 7x7 foot circular iron ring stand.
- Neon Signage: Rental of one generic sign (e.g., 'Better Together', 'Love') included for the event duration.
- Customization: Foil letter balloons (16 inch) for couple's names or vinyl cut out on small board.
Balloon Garland
- Style: Organic arrangement covering 50% to 70% of the ring.
- Volume: Approximately 300 to 400 balloons used to create density.
- Material: Mix of Chrome (high shine), Pastel (matte), and Confetti balloons in various sizes (5 inch to 12 inch).
- Accents: 4 to 5 bunches of artificial flowers or leaves integrated into the garland.
Logistics
- Setup Time: Requires 2 to 3 hours onsite.
- Rental Terms: Stand and neon sign are on rental basis and will be collected post event.
Outdoor Bridal Entry with Cold Pyro
Special Effects
- Cold Pyro: 6 to 8 units of electronic sparkler machines placed along the pathway (3 to 4 per side).
- Duration: Sparklers fire for approximately 30 to 40 seconds.
- Safety: Non flammable cold sparks suitable for outdoor lawn use only.
Decor & Staff
- Masking: 8 to 10 balloon clusters placed at the base to conceal machine hardware.
- Operation: Includes one technician to trigger the effects electronically at the entry moment.
- Note: Carpet is not included in this package.
Romantic First Night Room Decor
Balloon Arrangement
- Ceiling: 50 to 70 loose air filled Latex balloons with 1 meter hanging ribbons.
- Floor: 40 to 50 loose balloons scattered for volume.

- Rose Petals: Approx. 1 kg fresh Indian Red Rose petals for bed heart shape and floor scatter.
- Lighting: Standard battery operated or plug in fairy light string (10 to 15 meters).
- Canopy (High Range Only): Simple tent style tulle fabric setup over the bed (requires existing frame or hooks).
