Intimate Bedroom and Hotel Room Setup
Core Elements
- 1 set of 16-inch foil letter balloons pasted on the wall or headboard (e.g., HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, I LOVE YOU, or JUST MARRIED).
- 1 to 1.5 kg of fresh red rose petals arranged on the bed. Designs typically include spelling out initials, I love you messages, or creating heart shapes.
- 50 to 100 air-filled standard metallic or pastel balloons scattered on the floor and pasted to the ceiling using removable double-sided tape (with hanging curling ribbons) to simulate a helium effect.
- 4 to 6 shape-specific foil balloons (red hearts, stars, etc.) placed around the room or attached to standard balloon clusters.
Service Details
- Rapid execution taking 45 to 60 minutes for a 1-person team.
- Includes transport of the decorator to a home or hotel room within standard city limits.
- Note on Venue: If booking a hotel room, you must ensure the hotel permits outside decorators and the use of tape on walls or ceilings.
Circular Ring Backdrop Photo Booth
Backdrop Structure
- Rental and setup of one standard circular iron ring stand (6x6 feet).
- 2 to 3 metallic tinsel or foil curtains (silver, gold, or rose gold) hung behind or inside the ring to hide the wall and add shimmer.
- Rental of 1 standard warm-white LED Neon sign (e.g., Happy Anniversary or Happy Birthday) hung in the center of the ring.
Balloon Decoration
- 200 to 250 air-filled balloons arranged in a thick garland covering half to three-quarters of the ring. Higher price ranges include a heavy use of glossy chrome balloons instead of standard metallic or pastel balloons.
- 2 large 32-inch foil number balloons to signify the anniversary year.
- Leftover balloons scattered around the base of the ring to hide the stand feet.
Logistics and Breakdown
- Setup requires a 2-person team and takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Rental Notice: The iron ring frame and the neon sign are rentals. The decorator will return the next day or after the event to dismantle and collect these specific props. The balloons are yours to keep.
Premium Terrace Canopy and Themed Setup
Canopy and Lighting
- Rigging of 20 to 30 strings of warm-white LED fairy lights across a terrace or balcony to create a glowing roof or canopy effect.
- Rental of a basic white projector screen for movie nights or video montages (projector device is not included unless explicitly negotiated).
Thematic Customization
- Custom thematic elements based on your preference, such as specialized cutouts (e.g., casino or playing card theme) or a massive backdrop made entirely of overlapping red heart foil balloons.
- Generous use of fresh rose petals, floor-level balloon clusters, and strategically placed fairy lights around the seating area to tie the theme together.
Logistics and Breakdown
- Setup requires a 2 to 3-person team and access to multiple power outlets. Execution takes 2.5 to 4 hours.
- Dismantling Required: Due to the heavy use of rented electronics (lights, extension boards, screens), the team will return the following day to dismantle and collect all non-consumable props.

- No fixed templates. You can mix and match - balloons, fairy lights, rose petals, neon signs, tinsel curtains, whatever you like.
- Want your initials on the bed with rose petals? Or a big “I Love You” in foil balloons? Ho jayega (it’ll be done).
- I can do classic red-gold themes or pastel, or something totally hatke (different) if you want.
What to Expect
- I don’t have my own venue, so I work wherever you need in Delhi.
- I’m not a magician - some spaces are tricky, and sometimes hotels have rules, but I’ll always try my best.
- Photos matter, so I focus on backdrops that look good in real life and in your Insta stories.
- If you want something super unique, just tell me - I love a challenge.

Hi, I'm Hemant. People mostly call me for decoration, but shaadi ka planning (wedding planning) bhi karta hoon. For me, every function is about making moments yaadgar (memorable). Festivals, culture, all that matters to me - you'll catch me sharing Holi or Diwali wishes on WhatsApp. I love sketching too - made a Lord Shiva drawing once. At the end, I just want to add some extra khushi (happiness) to your big day.
