- The Setup Process: Most of my romantic room setups take about 45 to 60 minutes. Larger backdrop installations take longer, usually between 1.5 to 2 hours. I arrive with the team, handle the setup, and if any rental equipment like iron frames or neon signs is involved, I coordinate the pickup for the following day.
