Custom Commercial Furniture for Offices and Restaurants
Running a busy commercial space requires furniture that handles daily traffic while looking sharp. I build durable, custom-made pieces in my Vasai workshop that hold up to heavy use without losing their character.
I had the opportunity to build all the furniture for The Big Fish & Co. restaurant in Dadar, Mumbai. This includes the custom dining chairs with cane backs, solid wood tables, and benches.

This is a lounge area in a corporate office I furnished. The curved sofa, modern armchairs, and pouffe were all custom-made to create a comfortable and stylish breakout space for employees.
A seating area I created for a luxury retail boutique. The deep blue velvet sofa and tufted ottoman were designed to provide a comfortable and opulent experience for shoppers.

For this restaurant, we also built these sturdy, slatted-back wooden benches. They provide a different style of seating and are extremely durable for commercial use.

About Commercial & Hospitality Projects
In a busy cafe or restaurant, the furniture takes a beating. We use kiln-dried hardwood frames and heavy-duty PU polish on our commercial pieces to make sure they survive the daily hustle. It is not just about looking good for the opening day, it is about staying solid year after year with constant use.
When you open a restaurant or redesign an office, you need pieces that hold up. My workshop in Vasai specializes in producing furniture that fits specific layouts, from arched window nooks to odd corner spaces. We do not just sell standard items; we build for your actual footprint.
The Build
- Frames: We stick to kiln-dried hardwood like Sal or Marandi for internal structures to ensure they do not warp under moisture or heat.
- Surface: Our commercial tables feature 1.5 to 3-inch thick solid wood (Teak, Ash, or Walnut finish) treated to prevent warping. We apply a premium PU polish that creates a heat-resistant, water-resistant barrier, which is essential for spill-prone dining areas.
- Comfort: For seating, we use 40D to 50D high-density foam. It holds its shape even with constant customer rotation, unlike cheaper foam that sags within months.
Quality Control
I personally check every piece before it leaves our shop. Whether it is a batch of 50 chairs for a new seafood restaurant in Dadar or a lounge setup for a corporate breakout room, we apply the same rigor. You get furniture that fits your design intent and stands up to the reality of your business.
