Hey, I'm Darshan – movement is my jam. People tag me as a Pilates expert (yeah, Yasmin Karachiwala days), but I’m all about going beyond that label. If your spine moves well, you’re young – simple. Inspiration hits me anywhere, like teaching kids on a random street mattress or arranging flowers in a coconut shell. Life’s fun, don’t be too serious. My goal?
