Behind the Scenes: Our Dance Squad Rehearsals
Want to see how we build that energy? Here is a peek into the rehearsals, the laughs, and the prep that goes into making your big day or workout session magic.
The final bow after a grand stage performance. This moment of unity with all the dancers holding hands captures the spirit of teamwork in our group choreographies.
My class dancing their hearts out to a patriotic song. They learned this choreography in just a few minutes, showing how quickly a group can learn when they're having fun.
A beautiful moment from a Rajasthani folk dance show. I love performing on stage with my talented students and fellow dancers.
A dynamic shot from a stage show, performing a folk dance with pots. We can incorporate unique props and themes to make your sangeet performance stand out.
A group of performers in stunning, colorful Rajasthani costumes. Coordinating outfits is a key part of creating a visually spectacular group dance.
A fun, random moment dancing on a rooftop with a fellow Zumba instructor. This is what my community is about: spontaneous joy and a shared love for dance.

About this collection
The secret to our group routines is not just counting beats, but how we handle formations. During rehearsals, I show you how to swap positions smoothly so nobody feels lost or awkward on stage. My goal is to make your family dance look like a polished performance, even if we only have four rehearsals to get it right.
When you book a session with me, you are not just hiring a choreographer. You are joining my squad. My rehearsal process is designed to be low-pressure and high-fun. Whether we are prepping for a high-energy Sangeet in Whitefield or a weekend Zumba fitness class, we focus on moving together as a team rather than stressing over perfect technique.
How We Practice
Most of my group choreography, especially for weddings, takes place at your home or a local community hall. I start by breaking down the steps into simple blocks that anyone, even someone with zero dance experience, can pick up quickly. If your cousins or aunts are worried about dancing, tell them bilkul tension mat lo (don't worry at all). I include simplified modifications so everyone from kids to grandparents feels comfortable on the floor.
Why the Vibe Matters
I have learned that people dance better when they are actually laughing. My sessions involve a lot of music, some random banter, and plenty of water breaks. We don't just practice steps; we build the confidence you need to own the stage. After our first session, I always provide a reference video for you to practice at home, so you don't feel lost between our in-person meetings.
If you want a dance squad that feels less like a strict school and more like a bunch of friends having a blast, let's get started. We mix Bollywood, Bhangra, and even South Indian tracks to keep things fresh and fun for your guests.
Meenal Dubey
I am Meenal, and for me, dance is pure therapy. I do not care if you have never danced before; my goal is to get you on the floor, laughing, and moving with your family. We are not just practicing for a stage; we are building a vibe.
