- Storage Hardware: Soft-close tandem boxes, cutlery trays, bottle pull-outs, and a Tall Pantry Unit or Magic Corner.
Countertop & Dado
- Countertop: Premium Quartz (Kalinga or similar) in marble-white or jet black finish.
- Backsplash: Large format glazed vitrified tiles or lacquered glass (up to 2 feet height).
Plumbing & Accessories
- Sink & Faucet: SS handmade sink with drainboard or Quartz sink; pull-out faucet or high-neck mixer (Kohler/Grohe).
- Lighting: Recessed LED profile lighting under wall cabinets.

- Wardrobe: Floor-to-ceiling (approx. 8ft x 9ft) custom unit. High-gloss laminate or acrylic finish on HDHMR carcass. Includes drawers and hanging rods.
- Bed Frame: Custom King/Queen bed with hydraulic storage and tufted velvet/suede headboard.
- Vanity & TV Unit: Integrated dressing unit with backlit LED mirror and floating TV console with wire management.
